To allow support to have access via the DMP follow the steps below:


  • Make sure you are logged into Ava Aware deployment as an Administrator  


  • Go to Users DMP user access



  • Here you will be able to see a list of those who can access your deployment (Normally it will be your Organisation, Sales, and Support). Those that have a green dot currently have access turned on. 


  • To turn access on for support make sure the ‘Ava::Organization Admin’ has a green dot and the access until is either set to Manually deny or for a future date (you may want to only give access for a set period of time). 


  • If you would like to change the Access until locate the pen symbol on the right hand side of the screen.



  • Here you will be able to select Grant access period from the following options:

    • Until manually deny

    • Until end of today  

    • 3 days 

    • 1 week 

    • Custom
