To allow support to have access via the DMP follow the steps below:
Make sure you are logged into Ava Aware deployment as an Administrator
Go to Users > DMP user access
Here you will be able to see a list of those who can access your deployment (Normally it will be your Organisation, Sales, and Support). Those that have a green dot currently have access turned on.
To turn access on for support make sure the ‘Ava::Organization Admin’ has a green dot and the access until is either set to Manually deny or for a future date (you may want to only give access for a set period of time).
If you would like to change the Access until locate the pen symbol on the right hand side of the screen.
Here you will be able to select Grant access period from the following options:
Until manually deny
Until end of today
