Since Aware is a subscription which provides entitlement to use the Aware software, if there is no valid license, then all rights of use and hence any functionality provided by it are lost. This includes the use of any software currently installed on the server, access to any cloud systems, or access to any of the recordings held on the server. Customers are given notifications prior to license expiry however, and a grace period to ensure ongoing operations.
